Narcos

Narcos is an american TV show created by Chris Brancato, Carlo Bernard & Doug Miro, and directed by José Padilha . It can be watched on Netflix from August, 28 2015.

The TV show retrace the evolutions of the main colombian cartels and especially the rise of Pablo Escobar ( portrayed by Wagner Moura) with his cartel of Medellin during th 70's until his down fall and death in 1933. The seasons 1&2 shows all the tensions between him, the other cartels and how he escaped the laws of his own country and DEA's ( the american agency which fights agaginst the drugs like cocaine). The show perfectly takes us at the time with the costumes and accessories that correspond . The music retranscribes the feelings of the caracters from the happiest moments with the friends or family to the most intense one's .

Season 3 is centered on the Calli cartel where we follow each decisions of its godfaters ( portayed by Damián Alcázar, Francisco Denis, Alberto Ammann and Pêpê Rapazote ) and all the other caracters around them ,like the agents of the DEA still working on the track down of the cartels in Colombia, especially the agent Javier Peña alredy there in the two previous seasons ( and still very well portrayed by Pedro Pascal ).

If you like the series with a true tension all long the seasons that's what you should watch ( if you don't have Netfilx you can find it on internet ) because it's really well directed and we do not fall into classical series with useless bad guys.
